Founded in 1976, BIAT is the leading private bank in Tunisia. With over 200 branches, it offers a wide range of financial services and is actively involved in economic and societal development through the BIAT Foundation for Youth.
Uteek assisted BIAT in the design and development of its internal human resources platform. The project included the creation of a custom, modern, and ergonomic design, as well as the complete technical development of the solution to optimize HR management and internal communication. Particular attention was paid to data security and solution performance to meet the standards of a major banking institution.
